I have been breeding dogs for the last 18 years.  In that time, I have had experiences with a handful of different breeds.  I have to say that Great Danes are an amazing breed!   We take great pride in our dogs.  We make a detailed effort to ensure the health of our dogs and the puppies we produce.  All of our dogs have constant access to air conditioning and/or heat.  None of them have to "brave the weather." They are not in our lives as "decoration" or "yard art," they are part of the family. All are fed a well balanced diet and supplements.  In addition, we keep them updated on heartworm prevention, vaccines, and flea/tick prevention.

I have been truly blessed thus far with the people who have adopted my puppies.  They have all made their Great Dane a part of the family and they love them unconditionally.

We work hard to ensure the health of the puppies we produce.  We make sure not to over-breed our girls.  Each of our females are only bred once every year to year-and-a-half.  They are not made to have a litter every 6 months as with some other breeders.  We work very hard to ensure that our girls always have at least 10 months off between each litter. Our main concern is the health of our dogs and the health of their pups. Over breeding not only affects the health of the dam, but also the health of her puppies.  This is why we follow the breeding schedule that we do.

In addition, I retire my females between the ages of 5 and 7 years of age.  Once "retired" my females are spayed and stay forever pets.  Due to the fact that I do retire my females young, they have a great life ahead of them after they have been spayed.  Some of my retired females will stay here with me for the rest of their lives.  However, in some instances, I will place a retired female up for adoption to the right family.

When puppies leave our property they are healthy, socialized with the family and other dogs, and come with a health guarantee. I support the health of my puppies and guarantee them for 18 months against any genetic defect or disease.  I have to say that thus far, I have had great success and no one has had to return a puppy for any health issues.

Concerning the helpful information I have posted on this site, I have taken a considerable amount of time researching and compiling beneficial information concerning Great Danes. I have also assembled information concerning general health, puppy, and training tips. Even if you are not interested in purchasing a puppy from me, you are welcome to take advantage of the information I have provided.  I hope the information made available will be useful. I am not an "expert," but I do believe that my personal and educational experiences might be helpful to those looking to learn more about one of our specific breeds, bringing home a new puppy, or general health information.

I have personally designed this website.  Some may believe that those sites where you can just click a button located on the front page and see a litter of puppies is much more practical then what I have put together on my website.  However, my personal belief is that there are five main principles in life. Those principles are education, communication, honesty, trust, and love.  I have tried to demonstrate each of these ideals throughout my website.  Please excuse me if you disagree with my ideologies.  They are not meant to be an irritation, they are meant to be honest.

If you believe you would like to purchase a puppy from us, please look over the information laid out on the "Purchasing Information" page.

Please browse through my website by using the navigation buttons located on the left-hand side of the page. I welcome you to contact me at any time with any questions you might have if you cannot find the answer on my site.
